چکیده
Degenerative spine conditions involve the gradual loss of normal structure and function over time. They are usually caused by aging, but may also be result tumors, infections or arthritis. Pressure on spinal cord nerve roots degeneration can herniated discs. disc disease is one most common causes low back neck pain, misunderstood ones. Low pain (LBP) a disorder affecting an increasing number people worldwide, whose diagnosis focused identification triggering causes. First line therapy starts from conservative approaches, whereas second treatments include spectrum minimally invasive techniques, before resorting to more surgical approaches. Among percutaneous oxygen-ozone injections represent cost-effective procedures. Oxygen-ozone treatment for lumbar herniation that uses biochemical properties gas mixture oxygen ozone. Intradiscal, periradicular intraarticular ozone used in patients do not respond standard therapies due degenerative disc-induced (LDH) other process nearby structures such as zygapophyseal articulations. All interventional procedures guided ultrasound, computerized tomography fluoroscopy.

Role of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery in Adults with Degenerative Lumbar Scoliosis: A Narrative Review
Background and Aim: Degenerative lumbar scoliosis is a spinal deformity resulting from advanced disc degeneration and facet arthropathy. Given the inconclusive available literature and lack of high-quality data supporting the role of minimally invasive surgical management of degenerative lumbar scoliosis, this review intends to highlight and compare the various viable minimally invasive surgica...
متن کاملEffect of TENS on pain relief in patients with degenerative disc disease in lumbosacral spine.
BACKGROUND The study sought to evaluate the impact of long-term TENS therapy on pain relief in patients with degenerative disc disease in the lumbosacral spine. MATERIAL AND METHOD The study involved 39 patients with lumbosacral pain who were receiving treatment in the Regional Hospital No 2 in Rzeszów and in Winsen Hospital. The experimental group consisted of 16 patients who were fitted wit...
متن کاملInflammatory Pseudotumor in the Epidural Space of the Lumbosacral Spine on F-18 FDG PET/CT
An inflammatory pseudotumor (IPT) is a rare benign lesion, characterized by nonneoplastic proliferation of inflammatory cells and presence of intermingling collagen fibers. IPT commonly occurs in the lungs and orbita, while an intraspinal IPT is extremely rare. IPT can mimic both clinically and radiologically malignant processes, and making a definitive preoperative diagnosis is often difficult...
متن کاملCT evaluation of the lumbosacral spine.
The biologic cost-effectiveness of computed tomography (CT) versus myelography is so favorable to CT that it is now the method of choice for evaluating patients with less clear-cut clinical findings. CT is now used to detect lesions formerly difficult to diagnose, such as subluxation, arthrosis, facet osteophytes, and stenosis of the vertebral canal, as well as herniated disks and lateral disks...
